Feb 6 - Ice Abstract - this is an image of ice forming from a culvert under a road. The bluer ice in the foreground was formed from the splashes of the water flowing from the drainage pipe. I like the ice crystals on that formation. The flowing water had partially frozen forming a smoother texture in the background. I increased the image's color saturation to bring out color in the ice. This is my first year to share my photos with the daily photo community. Although I will probably not be able to post one every day, I am going to give it my best shot - no pun intended!

Feb 9 - Old Doors - I liked these old doors and the way the weather had marked them. You can also see the old finger marks still on the right hand door.

Feb 8 - Matt Dillon Standing Guard - this is my son's horse and a good horse he is! It was a very cold day. You can see the snow on his back isn't melting.

Feb 7 - Two Old Fence Posts - I took this image yesterday and decided to mute what little color there was in this and increase the grain to add some softness to the subject.
